The dishes demonstrated included Pumpkin and Bell Pepper Tortellini with Chunky Tomato Sauce. 32 attendees were present, eager to increase their knowledge of Red Gold Tomatoes. The workshop’s focus was on demonstrating the best way of preparing dishes with EU tomatoes.
Overall, the cooking workshop was an interactive session between the chef and the participants, aimed at showcasing the variety, amazing quality, and delicious applications of RGT, resulting in the distinctive taste of the best of European cuisine.

The event aimed at disseminating information about how the perfect usage of high-quality EU tomatoes enhances flavour and adds finesse’ to the dish and smoothness to the sauces and how it creates outstanding effects cuisine after cuisine!
The dishes demonstrated were Pumpkin and Bell Pepper Tortelloni with Chunky Tomato Sauce, Olive and Chicken Roulade with Smoked Tomato Sauce, and Foam of Tomato Gazpacho. With a total count of 21 attendees, who were primarily students present to increase their knowledge of European Tomatoes. The steps of each process to prepare the final platter were also explained in detail while imparting knowledge on the correct application of perfect EU RGT.
