Glazed chicken wings with tomato

Ingredients

8 chicken wings
275g canned whole peeled tomatoes, crushed with a fork
extra virgin olive oil, as needed
2 tbsp honey
2 tbsp apple vinegar
1 tsp hot paprika
1 fresh chilli
1 clove of garlic
salt, to taste

Method

Burn off any feathers that there might be on the wings.

Put the wings in a bowl. 

Add paprika, honey, and crushed tomatoes.

Add salt, extra virgin olive oil, apple vinegar, chopped chilli, and crushed garlic.

Mix with your hands and cover the wings thoroughly.

Cover with clingfilm and leave in the refrigerator for 3 or 4 hours.

Put the wings on an oven tray lined with baking paper.

Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F for about 40 minutes.

Serve piping hot when they are golden brown.
